Plays for the Planet, happening on Thursday, April 17, is a collection of short plays about climate change, brought to you by Joan Lipkin, That Uppity Theatre Company, and the Arts & Climate Initiative. ???? This is your chance to support local arts while also taking a step toward a more sustainable future for everyone who calls this planet home. Featuring talented St. Louis-based directors Sami Ginoplos, Bekah Harbison, and Joan Lipkin, plus actors Tyson Cole, Kate Durbin, Steve Lewis, Tammy O’Donnell, Mitchell Manar, Don McClendon, Ann Truka, and Jodi Stockton, these plays are sure to get you thinking—and hopefully inspired to take action! Catch the Plays for the Planet (Noon Performance) at The High Low, with coffee and drinks available at the Blueprint Café next door. Later that evening, make your way to The Metro Theatre for the Plays for the Planet (Evening Performance). This event is free and open for all to attend.
