Presented by Kara Lambert, Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts (VLAA). Through a comprehensive guide to copyright and trademark law as it pertains to visual and performing artists, participants will learn the importance of protecting their creative works, and how to complete the process yourself. By the end, you will understand the potential risks and challenges associated with copyright infringement and trademark disputes, and develop strategies for protecting your artistic expression. In Celebration of Black History Month Adults. Registration required.
